The Staff Attorney is a full-time, remote role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for providing reviewing legal memos and correspondence drafted by legal staff, counseling on matters The organization works with clients navigating divorce, adoption, conservatorships, immigration, real estate, estate planning and civil litigation.
Licensed attorney in good standing with a U.S. state bar; juris doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Prior experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or public interest organization is beneficial but we are willing to train.
